Sue is a highly experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser, holding the Level 4 Diploma status which goes above the standard requirement held by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Sue has worked in Financial Services for over 35 years, previously working for Cheltenham & Gloucester where she held a lending mandate before joining the JEM Team in 2007.  She is very well known in the North Cotswolds and surrounding areas and has helped many many clients throughout the country who in turn go on to recommend her as a friendly and knowledgeable face.  In addition Sue has built up a strong relationship with many local estate agents, solicitors, accountants, surveyors and other professionals.

Passionate about helping her clients find the right mortgage to suit their needs, Sue is able to draw on her extensive knowledge of the mortgage market that she has built up over the years. As well as advising on mortgages, she is also able to advise on a full range of protection products for personal, family and business use including Life Assurance, Critical Illness cover, Income Protection & Home Insurance.

Outside of work, Sue is known for her love of holidays (ideally several a year!), motorbiking, music & generally living life to the full with her partner Martin.
